Glow up this summer

As it is already summer and its high time that we should take better take care of ourselves.We almost have forgot our daily routine in this lockdown,so being well mentally,emotionally,physically is soo important in this mean time.

I think everyone got some changes for lifestyle. Habits got changed, priorties got changed, lifestyle got changed, mindset got changed, attention got distracted, internal peace got distributed; almost everything for changed. But in a long run we have to keep the mental balance, we have to keep our body in shape. Just don't sit idle for the whole time, adopt some good habits or activities that keep you going. Try to spread positivity.

As far as physical wellness is concern, here I am going to share some mind blowing tips and tricks that will help you to glow at home.

The first and the foremost thing I would recommend you all reading this is to keep yourself hydrated.
Hydration is very very important to everyone. Drinking fluids on the proper time and in the proper ratio is very important. Every toxin in our body needs hydration to get flush out. Fluids especially water maintains the pH of the body. It maintains the blood pressure in the body, flushes out toxins, brings glow to the face, helps weight loss, balances mineral level of the body, improves digestion and what not.

You can add many other things to the water to make it more tasty and healthy.

1. Adding lemon to the water: I personally recommend lemon water (lemonade) to everyone. This drink has so many benifits, that you can't even imagine. It

2. Adding ginger, turmeric, honey, black pepper and lemon to water.

Boil one cup of water and add some fresh grated ginger to it. Now add half spoon of turmeric and add half spoon of black pepper to it. Pour it into a cup using sieve. To the cup add 1 lemon and 1 teaspoon of honey. Mix it gently and have your herbal detoxifier at home. Enjoy!

This tea is best for sinusitis. It makes your mood better. Increases metabolism and detoxifies body.

Now, moving on to the external body parts. The most important parts of our body is face and hands, because they get more expose to the environment. So, to take better care of your delicate skin. It is better to use natural remidies than the one with harmful chemicals. The products that we use on our daily basis surely give us that radiant instant glow but are harmful to our skin in the long run.
Using natural products can't even harm our skin 1%.

Most of the girls and boys are just tired of acne.So, to treat acne here are some cool tips that will help a lot.

* Avoid oily food and chemical based face products.
